How to retrieve saved data from Contact Form 7?

    How to retrieve data from Contact Form database by submitted time and in initial html-view with filled in all inputs?
    May be there is some shortcode or additional plugin?
    I can retrieve from database step by step, but i have a lot of fields and may be their quantity will grow up (( Is there some easy way to do this??
