How to retrieve my credentials with Jetpack

Jetpack doesn’t have access to your website’s credentials (i.e. your WP Admin account). As such, we cannot make changes to your account.

If you can’t remember your login information, the first step is to reset your password by going through the automated password reset process

If you are unable to use this process, there are ways to manually reset your password. This is considerably more complicated than using the automated tool. If it is beyond your technical ability, your web host should be able to help with this.
