how to retrieve contact form 7 data from database

I have a quite simple but for sure important problem. So I had wrong configurations on my contact form 7 form and a client contacted me, but through the mail I got, there was no email or name. So my question is , how can I retrieve or see the client’s email from somewhere? Is it even possible? I am familiar with the flamingo and cf database plugin, but unfortunately I was not using them at the time…Are there any other solutions?
