How to retrieve a list of all posts with external links

Hi everyone.

I have searched around for a plugin or a hack that I could implement that would spit out a list of all my posts that had external links in them. I have a blog with a few thousand posts, and don’t want to have to walk through each one to find out where the external links are.

Is there a plugin that can do this, or is there a way I can do it myself?

Any help on this matter is appreciated.
