How to retain checkbox settings in Registration/Profile Fields & Options

  • I have created 3 custom checkboxes s2Member > General Options > Registration/Profile Fields & Options section.

    The checkboxes are always pre-set as checked. But when a user unchecks them in their profile and saves their profile the checkboxes always show as checked — even thought the backend DB records and retains them as unchecked.

    It has caused confusion and tremendous support inquiries.

    Is there any way for the checkboxes to show with their current setting — that is, checked or unchecked according to what’s in the DB for the user profile?
