How to restrict multiple login creation by single user?

  • Hi Friends,

    I am running a news website on wordpress. People are submitting their articles to my website and as per quality I approve those article. But so many user is creating multiple login like <some_name>233,<some_name>234,<some_name>235 ….. I want to restrict those multiple login creation. Can anybody help me or guide me how to do this? Is there any plugin available to achieve this goal?
