How to restric media or allor medias to all users

    Good evening,
    I have been searching a specific thing. I would like that logged in Author only see the media I want them to see in the media library(even if I have to put the media names one by one. Other plugins restrict medias to users onw media, but I would like all users to access some medias (i don’t want them to see other users medias in the library, but the medias I decide. Can you give me the way to do it?

    @absolutconsulting – So in your case your trying to prevent access in the admin, this plugin isn’t really built to help there. We help protect pages on your sites front end.

    Post a comment on their blog or reach out to them, they are pretty helpful.

    That said if your a coder, you could take a plugin that restricts authors to their own images, and deconstruct it to only allow them access to a predefined list of media.

    Or take it further and add an interface to select which media each author can use.
