    Hi!
Just installed your plugin, but changed the default page from asx-login to bzerologin1.
Have no access to the login page: “The requested URL /bzerologin1 was not found on this server”.

What is a way to login to my site now? Have root rights to browse the files on the server.

    Regards,
    Sergey.

    Hi 2zezch2,

Sorry to hear about that, please note that the default login is “axs-login” not “asx-login”, the login value “bzerologin1” shouldn’t create any problem, my guess is that it might be typo that caused this issue.

Are you using htaccess to force a static 404 ErrorDocument on the server?

Separately to restore default login url to the website navigate to “/wp-content/plugins/” then change the directory “secure-axs” to “_secure-axs” and load your default login url.

Additionally, Could you please share a link to your wordpress installation? thank you.

    Hi motaz_shazly!

    >> default login is “axs-login” not “asx-login”
    Yes, I just misprinted it.

    >> Are you using htaccess to force a static 404 ErrorDocument on the server?
No (not sure), just “Not Found” and the text I wrote above.

    >> change the directory “secure-axs” to “_secure-axs”
    Yes, this helped. Thank you,

I reused your plug-in again with default settings and got the same behavior (error). Moreover, when I try to leave a comment on my site and click the link for entering registration data (only registered users can leave a message), I`m redirected to the main page.

    >> Could you please share a link to your wordpress installation?
Here it is: https://www.univerge.ru/. The plug-in at present is activated and has default settings.

Glad to know it worked out, Seeing how the 404 error is displaying, it’s most likely that the server is forcing default 404 ErrorDocument, to debug this we will need to change a line in the plugin code, we can communicate privately to further discuss this, please feel free to email me.

Separatly, your register link is working, I am able to access it here https://www.univerge.ru/wp-login.php?action=register , if you’re using a different url to load the register screen, please share it to investigate with the 404 error, thank you.

I sent earlier 2 emails to you. Have you received them?

As a conclusion: in spite of the activated plug-in in use, it doest work because of some problems with .htaccess file settings; thats why I can login to the old link? Is it?

I can’t be sure before debugging your case, but if it is due to your .htaccess settings I will release an update soon to accommodate that, will still need to debug it first.

Will check the email and communicate there for further details, thank you.

I emailed you the working login url generated by the plugin, you can change it from plugin settings, will close this ticket as it’s resolved, please open another support topic if you encounter any other issues with the plugin, thank you for using “Secure AXS”.

    Hi Motaz!
Sorry, the plug-in I use on my site is not Secure AXS anymore. And the current one has some limitations that are not obvious on my login page. Bu this is what I approximately meant earlier in our private discussion. Since plug-in installation I had n`t even a single robot registration. And no anything to delete ??
