How to restore sales history data on a new version of website

Hi everyone,

I’m creating a new website to my live site koziishop.com on a localhost at Mac using Mamp, and I purchased one month of server added to my shared plan on hostgator in order to teste everything before changing to my official website.
The question is: I have the history of all my sales on my live site using wordpress woocommerce and I’d like to know if I can restore this history when I upload the new site, in order not to lose this history of purchase and analytics data.

I created new databases on localhost, so I’m not using a mirror from the live site, as the live site presents some important database errors, it was easier to create a new one then correcting the previous…`
