How to Restore my Website on www.remarpro.com

  • Hello,
    Yesterday I was working with my website – https://aaajonesuhanov.com and it suddenly disappeared from www.remarpro.com. I don’t know what i’ve done wrong but I lost it and can’t get access now as admin.
    Anybody from SUPPORT TEAM can help me to restore my site from backup.

    The site seems to load fine for me. Do you mean that you cannot access your wp-admin?

    How did you install wordpress? Via quickinstall through your webhost or through the 5-minute install method?

    How did you load it? My all previous links don’t work.
    This website was set up for me by another IM company but now I can’t access my wp-admin and website.
    What can I do? Can you help me?

    The site works fine by just clicking on the link that you gave to it. There’s no problem with the site. You might want to check with your ISP and see if something is wrong there.

    Are you seeing an error, or a blank page, or something else? Just saying “can’t access” doesn’t give us anything to really go on.

    Oh, and no one here can resotre your site form backup, as everyone here is a volunteer, and none of us have access to your hosting account or your admin area. That’s something that only you or your hosting company can do.
