how to restore my admin and web after adding new theme

    After add a new theme, My wordpress mu main page and admin web disappered.

    How do I resotre my old web and old theme.

    After this adding a new theme, I could not enter admin menu.

    Plz help me.

    I am a programmer but I am not good at using wordpress php code.

    Plz help me!!!!!!!!!!!
