How to restore deleted graphic from original template

I started using a template a few months ago and deleted a couple small graphic text boxes that I didn’t think I wanted to use (small rectangles with text that slightly overlap the ones I still have.) Now I want to use them but have no idea how to recover the code to put them back from the original template.

I’ve changed the template enough times that I can’t see the original code.

Where can I find the code to restore my rectangles?

Is it possible for me to go back and pick up the code from the original template to replace this element of the webpage? (I’m new to this…)
