Hi. Is there any way to restore the trusted, intuitive, well-known credit card icons/buttons on the checkout page? I’ve noticed that where there were credit card icons/buttons that you could click to launch the onpage form, there is now a somewhat ugly gray button that simply says ‘Debit or Credit Card’ on it. Even when you click that button, none of the trusted, well-known credit card icons appear anywhere. I find it a very strange update to replace super trusted credit card company icons — icons with decades of UX trust and familiarity behind them — with a single gray button that has zero UI/UX history or trust behind it.

    Hey there!

There is not a way to change it back to using the icons like it was before without basically entirely reverting the plugin to not use the latest version of the SDK from PayPal.

seconded – awful choice. to me, immediately after installing the update, i saw that and thought “oh, that option is broken as it is now greyed out”

obviously, yes, it’s actually BLACKED out…but you get my gist

i then clicked on it and nothing happened, although – after spending all morning troubleshooting it – this is in fact an issue with Safari Version 11.1.2 (11605.3.8.1) as far as I can tell
