    Hi,

I had bulk smushed all my images (2000 plus images) and was getting a great score on GoogleSpeed Insight. However, some of the images where very large 1mb and above and where using my bandwidth very fast.

I downloaded all the images and ran them through XnConvert to reduce the large ones to a smaller size, the images have reduced from 1mb to around 100kb each and have saved massive space without losing too much quality.
I have uploaded all of them under the same file name as i converted and replaced the old images.

When I use bulk smush it says

    — [original] 800 x 953: Reduced by 3.6% (2 KB) already smushed
    — [thumbnail] 150 x 150: Reduced by 2.1% (474 B) already smushed
    — [medium] 251 x 300: Reduced by 3.1% (1.1 KB) already smushed

Bulk smush thinks that it has processed the images, because it processed the older large ones. When I do the re-smush one by one they shrink so it is clear they need to be re done.
Google Insights says i need to Losslessly compress the images and gives me a low speed score (even thought the size of the webpages has reduced massively) Is there anyway to bulk smush them all again or do i have to do it one by one?

    Thanks for the help.
