How to resize the preview images for testimonials

    How do I resize all the preview logos to a small size? In the actual posts when you click through they are the right size, but I need the preview ones to be much smaller as the image resolution is not good enough. Is there an optimum image size I shoudl be using or can they all be resized using the template somehow?
