how to resize or scale imported video

I used the block editor and used the “video” block. I was able to successfully import my desired video but it’s massive and takes up a huge proportion of the page. I want to make it smaller but there is no way to make it smaller that I can find yet. with an image I can drag and scale the photo but I can’t do that with a video. I feel so frustrated because I’m usually good at figuring this out on my own but I’m totally lost right now.
