How to resize (and move/edit text in) WP header

  • I had my header built to be wide and to automatically resize itself based on browser-window width. What I’d like instead is to reduce the size of it and move the text over towards the right (its’ not left justified against an image).

    Do I need to edit the php file itself to do this, or can I modify it from a WP c-panel?
