How to resize all images to a master size

    I want to be able to display an image in a Gravity Form directory page, but people are registering with different size photos (even though it specifies a maximum of 100 pixels). So I want all images to be shown to a maximum of 100 pixels, no matter the size they upload.

    Any help with this would be appreciated…
