How to Reset Views

  • Wondering if there is an easy way to reset the view counts on the FAQs. After installing the plugin and editing the look and feel, we have clicked on FAQs countless times during testing. I would think there would be a “Reset Views” link or button somewhere. Maybe I’m just not seeing it. Thank you for any help!

    Hello Micah,

    Unfortunately, there is currently no option in the plugin to reset the view count of an FAQ. You could either just create a new copy of that same FAQ or update the view count directly in your database (this would be found in your wp_postmeta table with the meta_key “ufaq_view_count”).
