How to reset Product Catalog Feed?

  • Hi,

    How to reset Product Catalog Feed? First feed is not working and there’s no option to delete that feed or to replace it. Please help!

    Hi,

    sorry for the delay with my response.

    There is no way to reset the feed and it’s not needed, because Pixel Caffeine always generates a new XML feed and replace it to the oldest one, without referring to the existing one, so no need to reset it.

    If you want to force it, the only way you can do is remove the XML file manually from the server, by navigating via FTP/sFTP/SSH to /wp-content/uploads/product-catalogs/main-product-catalog.xml.

    Anyway, I replied also to your main issue of your other topic, maybe they are related.
