How to resend results email to survey user

    Kriti, if a user asks us to resend their results email, how can we do that?

    Checked documentation, but could not find instructions for how to do this.

  • Hi @radialwellness,

    Sorry to say this but it is not possible at the moment.

    However, one workaround to do the same is, if you also receive your user’s email on your email id. To do this, click on “Add new email” under Email tab, put your email id in the email field and copy-paste all the body text from the users email.

    This way you can resend them their results anytime.
