How to resend notification

    Hi,

    It appears that we didn’t receive new donation notifications for a couple of donations recently. Is there a way to resend them so we have complete emailed records of donations at our end? We know that receipts to the donor can be resent.

    Hi there @shihtzurescue we don’t have a resend feature built in there, but a super useful plugin I recommend for ALL websites is the free Email Log plugin. They have a paid addon that allows you to resend any and all emails that go through your website. For any site that has transactional emails I highly recommend it.

    I can see there’s a ‘Resend receipt’ button but a ‘Resent notification’ button would be really useful.

    Occasionally emails fail and subscribing to another paid add-on is not ideal.
