How to Replace words only

Hi there. I just found your plugin and am hopeful that it will help me. I am not super knowledgeable, but I need to replace the words:
“Thailand” with “SE Asia” through all of my past blog posts– 162 of them! I also need to change “Thai” to “Asian”. (Can I do TWO different text replacements? How?) I don’t need them to link or be shortcuts to certain sites, just need the next replaced. I just can’t figure out how to do that, even after reading the support forums, info., etc.
