    Hi Fabio,

    I subscribed to the box premium account on 22 December. Everything was effortless including no conflicts with upgrading so thank you for a very good theme.

    Only thing I would really want to change are those generic social icons. Took me a while to figure out they are generated from icon fonts. Is there a way one could replace the social icons with .png social icon images of my choice?

    For help with the paid version, please contact the developer directly or via whatever means he/she has set up for support. These forums are only for the free version of themes/plugins.

    This is what it says at The Box Plus Website:

    Support and Updates

    With The Box Plus you get automatic updates directly to your WordPress dashboard.
    Support is not included. You find documentation here and free support Forum on www.remarpro.com

    The message I get from the above is that support questions are answered in the “free version”.

    Furthermore, I would imagine this question is of relevance to all Word Press users, not only The Box theme. The question is how to replace generic social icon “fonts” with .png images. Surely that is general enough and relevant enough to justify a meaningful response?

    The author of this theme is incorrect about that – he/she should not be using these forums for supporting a commercial version of the theme.

    @fabio – please change your website and support process/policy accordingly ASAP.

    Depends how the theme is coded – I’m not familiar with it, sorry. Hopefully someone who is can answer it for you :).

    @wpyogi, updated support policy.
