How to replace category link with page link

Hello there,

I want to replace a specific category url with page url. Can anyone provide me code to do this ?

I want to replace like
site.com/category/people (category)
to
site.com/all-people-biogrpahy (page url)

I don’t want to place redirect, I want code that automatically replace a category url with provided page url on whole site.
