The plugin filters are a custom post type. You should be able to use those plugins to sort them.

“post-types-order” plugin is installed and activated. [free version].
However I cannot drag and drop (ie: Re-order) my filters on PO Plugin Filters settings. Note: On Posts menu, I have a “Re-Order” submenu.

Does it means I need to upgrade to the “paid version” to have this functionality.
Please check at the bottom of the page the comparaison features between free and paid version.

I installed the free version on my test site and I can only re-order posts. There is no re-order option for pages. On their website I can see there is an admin interface to allow other post types to be re-ordered. But no such interface exists in the free version or I can’t find it. So my guess is that you need to buy the premium version to re-order post types other than standard posts. I would ask the plugin author if this is the case and if it will work with plugin filters before buying it.
