    Respected sir/madam,

    Thanks for a very nice FAQ plugin. I came across the following issues and will appreciate any help to resolve them.

    1) How to reorder categories in a custom order? (My Settings: Dsiplay By Category Accordian, Order by: published date, order:descending). Even though changing them, I’m not able to create a custom order.
    eg. Top Queries is at the bottom and I wanna bring it on the top.

    2) Same for product FAQs.

    3) Change URL for each category faq into slug assigned for each faq article?
    eg. Order Category: https://bhutatva.com/faqs/#hfaq-term-657 to https://bhutatva.com/faqs/order
    Order Category first faq: https://bhutatva.com/faqs/#hfaq-post-7488 to https://bhutatva.com/faqs/order/place-order

    4) I’m getting these two errors from the google structured data test a) Missing field “mainEntity” b) Duplicate field “FAQPage”.

    Please let me know in case of any queries.

    Thanks for your answer. I was thinking not to use the “Intuitive custom order”. Is it lightweight? My questions are below.

    1) What do you mean by “how it is ordered in the FAQ categories menu”?
    2) The product FAQ order and faq page order is different even though the settings are the same. How is the product page FAQ order decided?
    3) I will send you the details on a ticket.

    Yes, “Intuitive custom order” is a free and lightweight plugin.

    1. All your FAQ categories could be seen in the “FAQ Category” menu option. You can see it in Dashboard -> Helpie FAQ -> FAQ Category.

    Once you have installed the “Intuitive custom order” plugin and enabled FAQ categories in their settings, you should be able to drag and drop our categories in the FAQ category I mentioned above

    2. The products FAQ’s will be ordered in the order it has been arranged in the FAQ’s menu. Dashboard -> Helpie FAQ -> All FAQ’s.

    For categories, Dashboard -> Helpie FAQ -> FAQ Category.
