How to Rename wp-admin

Dear WordPress Experts, can anybody guide me how to change wp-admin to something else. i.e, i want to chane https://www.sitename.com/wp-admin to
https://www.sitename.com/administrator . I tried a plugin named Hide Login but it didn’t work , i also try some plugin like Redirection but I am unable to change it. Thank You in advance.
