    Found it, it was in the editor > header file.

    One thing I will say, is that the Zopim live chat support helped me to find it, even though there was no profit in it for them, so that is what you call fantastic support!

    I’d love to be able to remove this from my website too, searched in the header file as in the above post but found nothing mentioning the word zopim – can anyone please assist?

    On another note it seems there’s a tonne of users with this issue on the web, could you add it to your FAQ?

    IM trying to do this and remove the chat from the landing page but its not working, I tried this
    .page-id-6889 .zopim {
    display: none !important;
    }

    Yep, Zopim chat is possibly the worst plugin in history for hijacking your wordpress installation and making the most terrible situation upon uninstall.
    Must leave loopholes right, users that removed it cant update whatever files are left sitting there and these become vulnerable over time..

    Bullshit plugin, avoid at all costs!
