    Hi, I am getting a message I’ve never seen before with Enable Media Replace that is a page in between the image replace screen and the result screen that is basically an ad for ShortPixel Image Optimizer plugin and have to wait 10 seconds to return to the image screen. How to get rid of this? It’s a workflow killer. Thanks.

    Hi @spaciousmind,

    You can click on this link to skip the 10 seconds ??

    Can you confirm you see it?

    Thanks!

    I have long appreciated this plugin and gave it a 5 * review some years ago. This is an unnecessary intrusion which creates a major PIA and waste of time when replacing a large number of images. Your ads have been fine but this is in my book is a no no.

    Good morning taastrategies,

    We understand this is inconvenient, but it was done to prevent some redirection issues some of our clients were facing after replacing some images. In other words, not having this intermediary screen is even more problematic ??

    Having said that, we are already working on an option to modify the number of seconds you have to wait, so please stay tuned to the updates!

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Thank you for the note, it helps to understand why we are seeing this. Perhaps a settings option to set the delay from 0 (off) to 10 seconds would keep everyone happy.

    Noted, thanks!

    I agree with spaciousmind and taastrategies. I hit this screen and thought my plugin was busted. And just sitting and waiting for it to reload on it’s own is taking more than the 10 seconds since I see the (1) for at least 5 or more seconds so I end up clicking the link each time which is adding an additional step to the process.

    Thank you for the fix which I added to Code Snippet.

    hello @spaciousmind @slaydone, in case you haven’t seen the latest version (4.1.1) changelog, a filter has been added in version 4.1.1 and you can use it to reduce the time or simply disable it (even though that might bring other issues that other users faced). Here it is:

    add_filter('emr/success/timeout', function () { return 3; });

    Let us know if you have other questions!
