How to remove "you may also like"

Hi!
I discovered suddenly that when I open one of the posts in my website, the post shows link to three posts on internal and external websites. The biggest problem is that the post also collects posts from my test sites, even if these are behind an maintenance wall. This is bad for business. My url is https://webhagen.no

Any suggestions how I can remove this? I use theme Leaf.
