How To Remove WordPress Login Bar At Top Of Page

    Hi i’d like to know how to remove the wordpress login bar at the top of the page. I notice even when i log out and clear my cookies and history that it’s still there so i take it all my visitors are seeing this too which is very annoying. The theme i am using is Dynamic News thanks in advance.
