  • Hi @janvasek,

To delete the catalog and the products, please use the snippet given in this document. It will delete all the products you synced with Facebook earlier so you can start again.

If you wish to remove the WooCommerce Integration as well, then you can do that by following the steps given in this document – Uninstall Plugin and Remove WooCommerce Facebook App.

If you just wish to delete the catalog so you can start again then the first step (snippet) is enough. You can start over once all the products are deleted from the FaceBook catalog.

Let us know how it goes and feel free to ask if you have any further questions!

I tried this piece of code but unfortunately it didn’t work. I did the folowwing steps:

    1. I put this code in the functions.php file of my template
    2. I was logged in as admin in wp-admin
    3. I refreshed the page in wp-admin – it took a while to upload, longer than usual
    4. The catalog on Facebook still has the same number of products even now, the next day nothing happened and the catalog is still full of products that I don’t want to have there ?? and that cannot be deleted manually.

I also tried the second procedure – I found exactly this guide as well.
    1. I put disconnet
    2. I removed the app from corporate integrations
But I still saw woocommerce integration as a source in this catalog.

What do I do wrong? Please advise, thank you.

    Hi @janvasek,

The screenshot you shared earlier specifically points to a restriction on your commerce account from Facebook. It appears some functionalities are being restricted on your commerce account. The best step moving forward will be contacting Facebook support.

Something else that can be helpful is disconnecting the Facebook for WooCommerce connection, setting it up afresh and creating a new business manager and commerce account.

    I hope this helps!
