I have widgets in a sidebar I want to remove. I can drag to change order but I can’t remove them. Edit button only edits the titles. Seaching help seems to only find unresolved similar problems. Surly there is simple way to remove these that I am missing.

    Thanks!

When you Edit the Widget, there’s a Remove button.

    Thanks for the quick response.

I just tried editing the titles (I assume that’s what you meant) and still get no remove button. The edit button toggles between edit and cancel, and I can change the title, but no remove button that I can find.

This happened with my new install of ver 2.6.3 so I upgraded to 2.6.5 and it’s still happening.

Ok, here’s what’s going on. I am not getting the whole dropdown menu so I am only seeing the top of it. Any idea why this is all I see of the edit menu on widgets???

Here is a screenshot of what I am talking about.

I have just tried IE instead of Firefox and I can now see the whole menu. My problem is solved if I use IE. Still wonder why Firefox couldn’t do it tho.

    Thanks!

That’s interesting. It didn’t work for me in IE but it did in Firefox.

    Problem solved.

    Another mystery of the internet.
