• I’m looking to remove the white page wrapper on the home page only. Here’s a link to a screen shot of what I’m referring to. screenshot

The white space here needs to go. I want the background to show right behind all the photos and text boxes. Im still a beginner and can’t seem to resolve the issue. I’m using the theme Gridalicious by Catch Themes. Please help.

  • Hello @lauzon232

    Without a link, we can’t see your theme’s CSS…
And I’m surely not going to download/open an image…
Post your image on a free service or your server and gives us all the related CSS.
This will maybe work, maybe not.
Alternatively, create a test sub domain of your site and give the link so we can see and help.

There are many tools available for this kind of CSS work, for example:
    – Firefox with Firebug add-on: Help info on Firebug https://getfirebug.com/faq/
    – Newer IE, Chrome, etc., have similar tools
    – Alternately, try a dedicated CSS resource such as https://www.css-discuss.org/ – Also, consider creating a child theme otherwise all your customization will be overwritten when you next update your theme.

    Alternately, use:
    – If your theme has a custom CSS option, use that to add the CSS.
    – If not, install a plugin, for example Simple Custom CSS; Custom CSS Manager plugin
    – Or, if you have Jetpack installed, enable its Custom CSS module.
    – WordPress 4.7+ Customizer also includes custom CSS editor that enables users to make CSS changes to a theme without having to create a child theme.

Here’s a screenshot? Does this work? We have not launched the site yet so I don’t believe sending a link would work? Should I just copy and paste the entire CSS code? It’s quite lengthy.

Per forum rules, please use Pastebin if the code is lengthy.
