• Hi I’m using the WpF Authority theme on www.remarpro.com and want to know if and how I can remove the user icon and user name that comes up on the left of every new blog past I make?
    Thanks,
    Zo?

  • Use your browser to look at the source code (or right-click and “Inspect Element” in Firefox) to find the part or parts you do not want displayed, then use a Child Theme or a Custom CSS plugin to add ‘display:none;’.

Thank you for you help, I have no idea about the codes and things could you explain the source code bit?

These things can vary greatly from one theme to the next, but a theme’s style.css file is where WordPress is told how to display things. Maybe do a little reading at some of these links to get an overview:
    https://www.google.com/search?q=wordpress+style.css

Locating the code you need to edit and then actually making those edits can seem a bit overwhelming at first, but it really is not terribly difficult. A Child Theme is usually the best way to do that, or you can use a Custom CSS plugin.

To look for help for a specific theme, each has its own sub-forum and yours is here:
