[Plugin:Contact Form DB] How to remove user that had previously registered

On my site, users can use a Contact Form to sign up for a particular hike that they would like to attend.

I’d like to create the ability for a user to go in later and un-register (remove themselves) from the hike attendee list.

While I could create a form that would email me asking that they be removed – and I could go into the back-end and do it, ideally I’d like the user to be able to click submit and automatically remove themselves.

I haven’t found anything in the forums and have struggled to find documentation on how to do this. Any pointers and/or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
