How to remove unwanted posts / users

Hello,
I took over management of a wordpress site when I started working for Gloops, and it has this plug-in already installed.
What I would like to know is where do I need to go / what do I need to do to remove a user from the twitter feed, or remove a specific post.
Is that handled by the plug-in or some other way?
