How to remove the VAT from Basket

I would like to have prices without VAT, the company is free vat company, therefor the information showed as in the screen shot is not required, how to remove the optionsm the VAT option is as for no VAT, yet it appears as 0 value.
How can I remove the part markedm should I edit the template itself or is it easier option.
