I checked and this is happening on my end too, but I was not able to replicate the issue on my site.

I see you are using Subscriptions For WooCommerce: by WP Swings to add the products, correct?

Can you please add a regular simple product to the site and check if the issue persists or if only happens with the subscriptions?

The fact that it is not happening with a simple product provides a hint that the plugin utilized for the subscriptions might have a setting to customize (or remove) that message. Just to be sure, did you already have a chance to check for that, or otherwise?

Furthermore, I went ahead with visiting the site at https://studiowaas.com, and I could view that message from my end. Be it the simple product or a subscription one.

WooCommerce doesn’t have this as a default feature. But, since you’ve enabled the multi-currency feature in the WooPayments plugin, it automatically converts your default USD to EURO or the customer currency. And there is a possibility of showing that message (though we don’t have this feature included in WooPayments either). Would you mind disabling it? You can disable this by navigating to Payments > Settings > Advanced Settings> Enable Multi-Currency. Let’s see if that solves the issue.

Furthermore, I tested your site and noticed that my currency automatically switched to the Singapore Dollar, causing the price to increase to $90. However, I didn’t see the message you mentioned.

If this makes no difference, I advised checking other plugin settings with multi-currency settings.

If you can still find the source, please deactivate all your plugins one by one to see if the issue is resolved. If it does, the last plugin you deactivated is likely the culprit.

WooPayments’ multi-currency feature lets you show product prices to customers in various currencies. It also allows your customers to select their preferred currency from a list you define and then purchase their goods in that currency.

This document shows how you can configure multi-currency settings, the various places where multiple currencies are used, and answers some common questions.

I can say with confidence that this 3% discount does not stem from WooCommerce core. Further investigation would be needed in the site’s settings in order for the setting to be identified where it is set. Feel free to do that.

Thanks for all the help. For now I have just removed the automatic calculation of other currency and put it in mannually. This seemed to have solved it partially for now. So for now I have enough, thanks again!
