How to remove the [fa.fa-caret-down] icon from main navigation for desktop only?

Hi,
As this subject, I would like to remove the fa.fa-caret-down this icon via child theme. You can also see the picture with below linking for further reference.
https://panda1658.cloudaccess.host//wp-content/uploads/issues/remove-icon.jpgJust remove the icon from Desktop devices only! Others don’t need to be changed.
Please help to investigate it.
