How to remove the default slider from the front page

    Hi, I have tried disabling the slider in Customize > Layout Options, but still it shows up on the page!
    I have also tried this after disabling all plugins, still the same problem. The slider won’t g away.
    Please guide.

  • I was using Rubine Lite theme which had inbuilt slider on homepage for my blog [link redacted]

    I edited index.php file where I found code of slider and I simply deleted. If you are plugins such as revolution slider – disable it and try otherwise you have to change it from code itself.
