How to remove the 2 prices on product page and show only final price?

You can use some CSS code to remove the second instance.

The CSS code is:

div.product div.single_variation .price span.amount {
    display: none;
}

You can add this to the “Additional CSS” section found in the customizer view, under “Appearance > Customize” tab.
