How to remove text below comment box

I have enabled comments for my static home page in Dazzling theme. There is a sentence displayed below the comment box:

“You may use these HTML tags and attributes: ………….. “

Please advise how do I remove this sentence. I would like to remove this sentence in all other pages that I have enabled comments too. Thanks.

I would like to view a wordpress site built with Dazzling theme. I am thinking to create a website for my charity organization.

You can remove it by adding this simple code to Theme Options – Other – Custom CSS

.form-allowed-tags {
    display: none;
}
