Virus are store in temp file. if we install plugins or any code. then this code run automatically. then this code use CPU cycle and slow down the site.

I need solution for free.

After you clean up your site, you should make it less vulnerable to attack. Please see this page:

You can delete the temp files via FTP. If you don’t know your FTP credentials, you’ll need to ask your host for them. That’s not a WordPress issue.

Also, you should not provide a link to a hacked site. Someone may click on it and infect their own systems.
