How to remove Super Cache

It’s a good plugin. But I can’t get it worked on my website (with MesoColumn theme).

In my localhost testing site, the theme works without Super Cache plugin being activated.

Therefore, I would like to deactivate the plugin to see if the theme works fine.

I read that I have to manually remove some of the rules defined by Super Cache.

Could anyone help on this?

Note:
My localhost is running under PHP 5.4; my web hosting is under PHP 5.2.x
