How To Remove Specific Field From Showing In The Sent Email

I was wondering if there is a way to not show a specific field in the email that gets sent. I want a form that is filled out but one field with “secure/personal” information that I don’t want to be sent in an unsecure email. I already have each email getting saved to the wordpress database using Flamingo and would like to receive the email form without the one “personal” field and then see that one field’s info by looking at the saved inputs on the database.
