• Hi all

    i got wp 3.0.3 running sweet so far.

    I bought a template from templatemonster and thats running fine too.

    However there are some boxes at the bottom of my wordpress page i cant seem to find anywhhere to delete or deactivate them?

    here is a snapshotof the 3 boxes i want removing at the bottom.

    according to the widgets section in admin, the ones on the page are not active so i am really confused.

    anyone got any idea?

    that is default widgets which are hardcoded in your theme code. You need to consult with theme developer

    Many themes show a default set of widgets if none are selected by the user. Try putting a blank Text widget in the sidebar. If this doesn’t work, you may need to modify the footer code in the theme.
