How to remove sidebars

  • Is there a way to have the products and product archives page not have a sidebar
    I am using Canvas and when I edit a page I can choose not to have the sidebar, however this option is not there on the product pages.

    Is there a way to do this?

    NB: I have a (pad for) Licence for Woothemes canvas but can no longer get access to my support tickets there, hence I’m asking on this forum
