How to Remove Share it Icons on Sidebar of Post

I currently have twitter, google +, and facebook share it boxes next to my posts on my blog. I’m not sure where they are coming from? I’m a beginner when it coming to coding, so it would only have come from a plug-in or some WordPress setting. I’d like to be able to edit the share it social media icons or just completely delete them.
Could anyone help me with this?
